We are delighted to announce that our Non-Executive Director Kunle Barker is the new Brand Ambassador for InFrame Space – a new company employing modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to deliver extensions and garden studios for the residential market. InFrame, a joint venture between architects Studio Anyo and property developers Syon Development Group, has already started on the first set of projects.
“I am so excited to be involved in this project. It’s a great system and construction product that de-risks the construction process for clients,” says Kunle. “Studio Anyo’s design credentials and understanding of MMC combined with Syon’s developments record of project delivery means that at last residential clients can benefit from MMC. Their projects will be delivered on time, to a fixed budget and the highest quality. And of course, we can deliver an extension in just over four weeks instead of over six months!”
Kunle is a property expert, writer and TV presenter who began his construction career while studying for a MA at the University of Leeds. His knowledge is in high demand, and he has delivered high profile TV projects for Alan Titchmarsh and Sarah Beeny as well as co-presenting the TV shows.
