Work is based in north Surrey and South West London with occasional work slightly further away.
We are looking for motivated people to join the team on a full-time basis.
Duties will include the erection of steel framed garden rooms, cladding, decking and first fix carpentry.
Full driving license and transport is essential.

Salaries
£18,000-£34,000 for Labourers and skilled labourers
£33,000 – £60,000 for Carpenters, builders, service engineers, mechanics.
Designer position
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
- Identify client requirements and match those to our garden room portfolio
- Have a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively
- Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
- Outbound calls to warm leads
- Converting warm leads into sales
- Management of a sales pipeline
- Arrange site visits with clients
- Conduct site surveys
The ideal candidate
- Have 5+ years previous sales experience
- Be target driven
- Have a friendly and approachable phone manner.
- Be confidence to develop client relationships and build rapport with both clients.
- Work effectively under pressure.
- Be a vehicle owner with a full driving license

OTE up to £50,000+ a year
