Client Brief:
We worked closely with our clients on the design and implementation of this stunning garden room in Cheam.
Due to constraints of sloping ground and a precious tree, our screw pile foundations were the perfect solution to aid in the positioning of the garden room to maximise space in the garden and not disturb the tree and its foundations.
Internally there are two rooms and the inclusion of a toilet and basin.
The first room is a family room and entertaining space. The family can enjoy hours of fun with the table football, pool table and darts as well as relaxing on the sofas. The second room is to be kitted out as a home gym.
