Client Brief:
The client discovered us online, drawn to our expertise in ground screw foundations for garden rooms. A key challenge for this project was the presence of oak trees in the neighbouring garden, which required careful consideration during the design and planning stages.
Another important factor was the client’s family requirements. They have a very tall son, making the standard 2.5 m high garden room unsuitable for their intended use as a home gym.
We successfully navigated these challenges and applied for planning permission on their behalf. The application was approved, allowing us to create a space tailored to their needs while respecting planning and environmental constraints.
