Client Brief
Our clients needed additional living space but wanted to avoid the cost and disruption of extending their home. Instead, they chose to transform an underused area of their garden into a beautiful, fully insulated garden room.
With garden space at a premium, maximising the available footprint was essential. They wanted the building positioned as close to the boundaries as possible while remaining fully compliant. Thanks to our non-combustible steel frame system, we were able to achieve this, allowing them to make the most of every square metre of their garden.
The project also presented a logistical challenge, as there was no direct access to the garden other than through the house. For many construction companies this could significantly complicate the build, but our precision-engineered panel system meant every component could be carefully carried through the property and assembled on site, allowing us to complete the installation without the need for heavy machinery or external garden access.
