Client Brief:
Our clients wanted a luxury pool house that would become the focal point of their garden and provide a versatile space for the whole family to enjoy throughout the year. The brief was to create a building that complemented the swimming pool while offering dedicated areas for relaxation, entertaining and fitness.
Externally, the pool house is finished in premium Millboard cladding with a matching Millboard deck, extending the living space outdoors. The deck accommodates a hot tub and seating area, creating the perfect setting for entertaining or relaxing after a swim.
Inside, the layout has been carefully designed to suit a variety of uses. A bespoke kitchenette provides a practical refreshment area, while a dedicated gym space allows for year round workouts. We completed the full electrical installation, including a wall mounted television and an interactive electronic dartboard to create a fun social space for family and friends.
The building also includes a contemporary shower room, providing convenient facilities for swimmers and guests, making the pool house a fully self contained extension of the home that can be enjoyed in every season.
