Client Brief:
Our client required a high quality pod village to provide flexible meeting and breakout spaces within their commercial premises at Vodaphone HQ in Newbury. The development was designed to create four standalone meeting pods, offering private, comfortable environments for staff and visitors while complementing the surrounding landscape.
Constructed to full commercial standards, the project included premium specification finishes throughout, with each pod featuring durable Millboard cladding for a contemporary, low maintenance exterior. In addition to the meeting pods, we designed and built a central facilities building incorporating a fully equipped kitchen and accessible WC facilities, ensuring the development met the needs of all users.
The result is a professional, high end workspace that provides a practical alternative to traditional office accommodation, delivering flexible meeting spaces in an attractive outdoor setting.
